[ you wake up on an abandoned spaceship in an unfamiliar quadrant of space, unhurt, but nauseated and dizzy, wearing whatever you were wearing before, with no possessions but what you were carrying with them.
the corridors are dark and grimy, dimly lit by lights that flicker now and then. it's cold enough to see your breath fog up before your face, but artificial gravity and life support seem to be working just fine.

.. A phone? [ honestly, he still doesn't know much about the devices muggles call phones, but he's fairly certain this thing doesn't resemble what he is familiar with. then again, nothing about this ship is recognizable, so what does he know? ] I'm afraid I wouldn't have the first clue. [ he offers it out to her on his palm, brows arching curiously over the rims of his glasses. ] I was under the impression that they required a cord of some sort.

Date: 2017-04-16 07:47 pm (UTC)she takes the device from his hand, studying it for a moment. it isn't a smart phone like she'd first assumed, but it's not entirely unlike one, either. the interface isn't entirely self-explanatory, but for a child of the digital age, it's not impossible to figure out. ] I think this connects to some kind of network. There's an app or something to talk to people, anyway.
